hood: outlaws & legends - Launch Campaign


  • Country target: United States, France, Germany.

  • Goal: The goal of the campaign was to raise awareness around the launch of Hood: Outlaws & Legends on Twitch and YouTube with a focus on Twitch for the game’s launch

  • Approach: Three types of audience were targeted to reach and spread awareness on launch day.

    • Core audience: co-op players

    • Secondary audience: action, adventure, RPG players

    • Mass market/wider audience: AAA players

  • Results: Over 50 influencers participated in this campaign, with 30 YouTube videos and 38 streams on Twitch. 9 squads of streamers were organized and assembled to play together to emphasize the co-op aspect of the game, build up the hype and raise bigger awareness during the launch period.
    In North America and Germany we also challenged two hero squads with a custom made Hood puzzle box, where they had to collaborate in order to solve the puzzle and claim the rewards.
