Imperator: Rome


  • Country target: English, French, German, Italian, Turkish

  • Goal: Orchestrate an international campaign for Imperator Rome’s 1.3 update, re-activating former players and welcoming new people to the game.

  • Approach: Using a set of selection criteria (benchmark titles, influencer size, tone, and brand safety), we identified a wide range of creators on YouTube and Twitch. The influencers promoted Imperator Rome’s free week and the free Punic Wars content pack. Aside from gaming creators, we also identified a couple history-oriented YouTube channels to do 60s integrations and reach a new audience of history-enthusiasts for the game.

  • Results:

    • Campaign management of 39 different creators, from small to medium and large-scale content creators.

    • Creation of 76 content pieces between YouTube and Twitch, resulting in over 1.8m views on YouTube and 20k concurrent viewers on Twitch.
