Open Position: HR / OFFICE Manager (Berlin)

Surprise! We’re growing! So now we’re on the lookout for an HR / office manager who can support our growing team and look after our fresh office in Berlin.

Job Description

Our team at Black Soup is steadily growing. To support that growth, we need someone who can help us find the right people and make sure that everyone feels at home at Black Soup.

Finding the right people means understanding what makes Black Soup great, ie. a team of passionate gamers who are hardcore marketing professionals. Your job will be to scout for new recruits, organize interview days and eventually onboard new recruits to become part of the family.

We take team events seriously. So far, we’ve spent a week together in Fuerteventura, rented not one, but two of those square house boats in Potsdam, went indoor skydiving, tie dyed our own tshirts, and organized the best Halloween party of Pberg. But the best is yet to come - and all thanks to you, the new head of our party planning committee!

We also just got our brand new office and while it’s already looking pretty cool, we need someone who can add that final touch of love and care to it, so that we feel right at home.

So, if that someone is you, then:

• You swap between English and German like you swap between weapons in Apex Legends.

• You’ve scouted recruits for other startups in the past, ideally in the gaming industry.

• You love to play the support role in video games.

• You make sure that everyone feels happy and safe at work.
