ABOUT THE GAME
After scoring a major success with Curse of the Dead Gods, Passtech delivers yet another smash hit with Ravenswatch, bringing a breath of fresh air to the already successful roguelite action formula.
APPROACH
Working with a short, but highly precise, list of benchmark titles, we selected creators that we knew would eat up Ravenswatch. Specifically fans of Hades, as well as Curse of the Dead Gods, the spiritual predecessor of Ravenswatch, were exactly the target we were looking for.
In terms of platform targeting, we went for a mix of Twitch streams and YouTube VODs, gathering traction on both platforms.
Beyond the early access release, we continued to run activations for Ravenswatch’ Storm Island Update, followed by its Avalon Update. For the subsequent beats we re-activated some of the best performers of the previous campaigns, as well as scouted for new creators to expand the target audience.
Three campaigns for one game sounds like a lot, but it does not end there! Stay tuned for Ravenswatch’s full release later this year!
RESULTS
The selected creators were all very excited about Ravenswatch. Many of them went beyond their booked content requirements, continuing to stream or upload videos for the game well beyond its release.
