Shortest Trip to Earth - Launch

  • Goal: Given a limited budget, raise awareness around the launch of Shortest Trip To Earth and find a way for content creators to cover the game organically.

  • Approach: We organized a content creator competition that would grant creators the chance to win a top prize of $3k, along with the prize of them being added to the game as one of the crew members. We set up a contest where creators could earn points depending on how many sectors they explored in the game. Each point would grant them an entry into the raffle. To spread the news we booked certain key influencers to raise awareness around the contest and the game’s release.

  • Results:

    • Reachout to over 350 micro and mid-sized Twitch streamers and YouTubers.

    • Sponsored streams and videos generated 150k views on YouTube and 3k concurrent viewers on Twitch.

    • Resulting in 100 entries to the contest (contest page here).
