The surge 2 - Launch

  • Goal: Raise awareness around the launch of The Surge 2.

  • Approach: We started with an in-depth selection of content creators who love Souls-likes. Then in the first burst, we worked with YouTubers to create preview videos, hyping up the game’s release and driving pre-orders. For the launch we worked with Twitch streamers.

  • Results:

    • Several influencers ended up doing a full playthrough (among which AdmiralBahroo).

    • Over 62 hours of gameplay on launch day.

    • More than 10,000,000 minutes watched.
